Lemon Meringue Pie

Salmon Parcels.

Today I made salmon parcels which is salmon and some pasta and a mix of other ingredients all put together to make a massive parcel. It is delicious.

Hummus

Today I made a starter which was a hummus. It was a simple case of adding all of the ingredients together. It was a bit too sour because I think we added too much lemon juice.

Pudding

Today I rolled out some puff pastry and cut it into rectangles and put them in a oven until golden brown. In the mean time I made a cream cheese filling. I topped them with jam and strawberries.

Chocolate cake.

Today 19.6.19 I made chocolate cake for my teachers I made a simple chocolate cake and then put strawberry on the top. I put chocolate frosting in the middle and dipped strawberry on the out side.

Carrot cakes

One Wednesday 17th April 2019, i made some carrot cakes for my family and to learn how to pip. I used a batter scoop which help me to get the mixer the same level and it worked so i was so proud of my self.

Home made pie.

On  Sunday 7th April 2019,I made a homemade pie for my family to tuck in to. There is no rule for this you just put in want ever you want to and leave it in  a pan to cook for a bit. Then put in the oven to bake the pastry and you need to put some cream in so it mades it juice.  My family really enjoyed it.
