My World War One VideoFor my WW1 homework I decided to make this WW1 food thing for my project so I made a Maconochie Stew and put it on iMovie and I edited (well my Dad did) on iMovie so here are the ingredients:
2 Tbsp butter
0.75 lb Leah's Angus beef stew (corned beef) so don't go mad when you see it
1 Tbsp plain flour
Salt
Pepper
1 carrot large sliced lengthwise and into pieces
1 onion sliced
1 potatoes (chopped)
1 Tsp beef stock
1: Get into the beef and chop in to small pieces.
2: Peel and chop carrots and put into a mess tin.
3: Peel and dice potatoes and add to mess tin
4: Peel and dice onion and add to mess tin and add water to cover.
5: Boil vegetables until soft .
6: Chop Butter into another mess tin.
7: Open beans.
8: Heat Butter
9: Add vegetables but drain
10: Add beef and beans
11: Add 1 tsp of stock to the water and 2 tsp of plain flour
12: Leave to cook and tuck in.
Well done Elijah, what a great way to do your project. I wonder if there is a vegetarian version of the stew?
ReplyDeleteLoved the lemon drizzle cake - it didn't last very long as it was so delicious.
