Left over Turkey Pie

I made a turkey pie with the left overs of Christmas Lunch so we could get rid of the turkey before it went manky.  Santa  knows I love cooking and he bought me some herbs for Christmas.  I used tarragon chicken and while I was out my mummy and my sister made some pastry to go over the top.

    Elijah, I hope you had a lovely Christmas. Even though I don't eat meat, your pie looks great. My sister made a similar one on Boxing Day but with flaky pastry on the top and she had brussel sprouts in hers.
