Homemade Lasagne

 HAPPY NEW YEAR

 Today 19th January I made a lasagne and we made it in 2 parts. First, make the bolognese sauce, then the cheese sauce and then put it together.
We added onions, leeks, carrots, tomatoes, garlic and beef mince to make the bolognese. We then layered it with cheese sauce and pasta sheets. I made it without a recipe so out of my head.
We layered the lasagne in 3 parts first the bolognese sauce then pasta sheets then white sauce and then into the oven for 30 minutes.
